Cardiovascular Adverse Effects

  • Hypertension (see Hypertension, [[Hypertension]]): occurs in <0.1% of patients
  • Hypotension (see Hypotension, [[Hypotension]]): occurs in <0.1% of patients
  • Tachycardia (see Sinus Tachycardia, [[Sinus Tachycardia]]: occurs in 0.1–1% of patients

Endocrinologic Adverse Effects

  • Hypoglycemia (see Hypoglycemia, [[Hypoglycemia]]: occurs in 0.1–1% of patients
  • Weight Gain (see Weight Gain, [[Weight Gain]]): occurs in 1-10% of cases
    • Pharmacology: due to increased appetite

Gastrointestinal Adverse Effects

Hematology Adverse Effects

  • Neutropenia (see Neutropenia, [[Neutropenia]]): occurs in <0.1% of patients
  • Thrombocytopenia (see Thrombocytopenia, [[Thrombocytopenia]]: occurs in 0.1–1% of patients

Neurologic Adverse Effects

  • Ataxia (see Ataxia, [[Ataxia]]): occurs in 1-10% of cases
  • Blurred Vision/Diplopia: occurs in 1-10% of cases
  • Delirium/Confusion (see Delirium, [[Delirium]]): occurs in 1-10% of cases
  • Discoordination: occurs in 1-10% of cases
  • Dizziness (see Dizziness, [[Dizziness]]): occurs in >10% of cases
  • Drowsiness: occurs in >10% of cases
  • Dysarthria (see Dysarthria, [[Dysarthria]]): occurs in 1-10% of cases
  • Euphoria: occurs in 1-10% of cases
  • Increased/Decreased Libido: occurs in 1-10% of cases
  • Irritability: occurs in 1-10% of cases
  • Myoclonus (see Myoclonus, [[Myoclonus]]: occurs in 0.1–1% of patients
  • Parasthesias (see Parasthesias, [[Parasthesias]]): occurs in 1-10% of cases

Other Adverse Effects

  • Dry Mouth: occurs in 1-10% of cases
  • Flushing (see Flushing, [[Flushing]]: occurs in 0.1–1% of patients
  • Nasopharyngitis (see Pharyngitis, [[Pharyngitis]]): occurs in 1-10% of cases
  • Peripheral Edema (see Peripheral Edema, [[Peripheral Edema]]): occurs in 1-10% of cases
  • Rhabdomyolysis (see Rhabdomyolysis, [[Rhabdomyolysis]]): occurs in <0.1% of patients
    • Increased creatine kinase occurs in 1-10% of cases
