Acute Graft vs Host Disease (Acute GVHD)

Cardiovascular Manifestations

  • Sepsis-Like Syndrome with Hypotension (see Hypotension, [[Hypotension]]): can occur in acute GVHD

Dermatologic Manifestations

  • Maculopapular Rash (see Exanthems, [[Exanthems]]): typically first appears on dorsal hands and forearms during acute GVHD

Infectious Manifestations

  • Increased Risk of Cytomegalovirus (CMV) Infection (see Cytomegalovirus, [[Cytomegalovirus]])
