Cultures Negative (joint, as well as uretheral, rectal, cervical, and pharyngeal cultures, when GC and Chlamydia are suspected):
- RA/JRA
 - Viral arthritis

 - Lyme
 - Sarcoid
 - Spondyloarthropathy
 - Ankylosing Spondylitis
 - Reactive Arthritis
 - Psoriatic Arthritis
 - IBD-Associated Arthritis
