Physiology
- Pulmonary hypertension due to absence of development of unilateral PA 
 
Diagnosis
- V/Q Scan: unilateral absence of perfusion (with normal ventilation)
 
Clinical Presentations
- Asymptomatic: in many cases
 
- Bronchiectasis (see [[Bronchiectasis]]): usually mild and focal
 
- Pulmonary Hypertension (see [[Pulmonary HTN-Etiology]]): variable
