Etiology
- Hernia through the diaphragmatic foramen of Morgagni
- Herniated contents are usually omentum (liver and bowel are less often herniated)
Diagnosis
- CXR/Chest CT Patterns:
- Parasternal, Anterior, Smooth, Well-Defined, Homogenous Density: usually right-sided
Clinical
- Usually asymptomatic
