    • Predisposing Factors
      • Myasthenia Gravis
      • Acute Kidney Injury (AKI)/Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
    • Diagnosis
      • PFT’s: restriction
      • CXR: low lung volumes
    • Clinical: resembles Botulism (see Botulism, [[Botulism]])
      • Diplopia
      • Dysphagia
      • Dyspnea
      • Dysarthria
    • Treatment
      • Discontinue Aminoglycoside: recovery within hours-days
      • Anticholinesterases: may be useful
